Liquid nitrogen tank safe operation specification

Edit: Henan Tianchi Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd    Date:2019-01-02
In order to enable the staff to operate the liquid nitrogen tank in a safer and more standardized process in the process of using the liquid nitrogen tank, the Tianchi liquid nitrogen tank manufacturer here introduces several points concerning the use of the liquid nitrogen tank.
1. Observe
Before using the liquid nitrogen tank, check whether there is any defect inside or outside. Whether the inside is dry or foreign matter, it should be observed for 24 hours after filling with liquid nitrogen. If there is frost on the outside, it can be used after it is safe.
2, use
The liquid nitrogen tank should be placed in a dry and ventilated room. When moving carefully, avoid the liquid nitrogen from contacting the neck when filling the liquid nitrogen. Do not use the tank to directly pour the liquid nitrogen outwards to avoid freezing the neck. If the tank wall is found Frosting or liquid nitrogen consumption is too fast, indicating that the insulation properties of the tank are abnormal.
3, cleaning
The liquid nitrogen tank should be cleaned 1 or 2 times a year to avoid water accumulation, semen pollution, and the proliferation of the tank wall. Cleaning method: use washing powder or neutral detergent to make cleaning solution, then rinse with water repeatedly, invert it naturally and dry it.
4, filling
It can only be filled with liquid nitrogen. It is strictly forbidden to fill other flammable and explosive low-temperature liquefied gases such as liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen. In order to avoid accidents from reacting with flammable materials on the structure of the container itself.
