The ideal environment for the production of ice in the laboratory ice machine is 10 degrees Celsius at a water temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and a water pressure of more than 1.5 Pa.
However, in the process of ice making, the requirements for ventilation are very strict, and there are factors such as water temperature and water pressure, which cause the ice machine to have a certain loss in the ice making process. Therefore, we must reduce this loss as much as possible to increase the output of the ice machine.


The first is the thickness of the ice. Under normal circumstances, the center of the ice should be one-third of the height of the whole ice. If the center of the ice is too late, we should adjust the ice thickness probe of the ice maker. It has become thinner.
Sometimes because the pressure of the water source is too small, the user may install a booster pump himself, but this will make the machine run irregularly affecting the amount of ice produced.
