The liquid nitrogen tank is mainly insulated by interlayer vacuum. When the liquid nitrogen tank is used, the vacuum of the interlayer will increase and the pressure will decrease. When the liquid is filled, the temperature of the container will decrease and shrink, so that the space of the interlayer will become larger and the temperature will drop accordingly. This is advantageous for liquid nitrogen tanks.
Therefore, studying the change of interlayer vacuum degree after filling the liquid nitrogen tank is of great significance for improving the insulation performance of the liquid nitrogen tank, increasing the storage days, and reducing the daily evaporation rate. The liquid nitrogen tank is divided into an inner tank and an outer tank. According to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, the temperature of the inner tank will decrease when filling the liquid, resulting in cold shrinkage. The outer tank is at normal temperature so it will produce a container interlayer. Increase the situation. When the temperature and pressure of the interlayer decrease, to a certain extent, it can alleviate the pressure rise caused by the leakage of the interlayer, and maintain the thermal insulation performance of the liquid nitrogen tank.
