Judging the quality of liquid nitrogen tank

Edit: Henan Tianchi Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd    Date:2020-02-25
Liquid nitrogen tanks can be generally divided into two types: liquid nitrogen storage tanks and liquid nitrogen transport tanks. The storage tank is mainly used for indoor static storage of liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen tank should not be used for long-distance transportation under working conditions. The liquid nitrogen transport tank has been specially designed to prevent shocks in order to meet the transportation conditions. In addition to being able to stand for storage of other items, it can also be used for transportation in a state filled with liquid nitrogen, but it should also avoid severe collisions and vibrations.
1. During the use of the jar, the use of the jar should be checked at any time every day. Under the premise of liquid nitrogen in the jar, if water drops or frost is found on the lid and the upper part of the jar, it indicates that there is a problem with the quality of the jar. Stop using immediately;
2. When there are no drops of water or frost on the bottle cap and the upper part, touch the outer shell with your hands, and feel the upper part is cold and the lower part is hot, indicating that there are some problems with the quality of the jar, that is, the daily increase of liquid nitrogen is large. You should pay attention to observation. To prevent the stored material from being damaged after the liquid nitrogen is consumed, it is best to stop using it if necessary; if the upper and lower temperatures are consistent, it means that there is no problem with the quality of the jar.
3. After opening the stopper, the mist in the mouth of the bottle does not overflow, but sinks, indicating that the jar is good.
4.Use your ears to listen to the jar for bubbles from the mouth of the bottle. If it is more frequent, there is a problem with the quality of the jar, otherwise there is no problem.
