When liquid nitrogen gasification, it will absorb a lot of heat, so as to achieve the cooling effect, liquid nitrogen leakage will bring us a great deal of harm, then how to do liquid nitrogen leakage? We should do the following:
1. Find out that the leakage source is cut off, and do not directly touch the leakage. Emergency personnel wear positive pressure respirator, wear cold clothes, and wear cold gloves.
2. Immediately withdraw the personnel in the contaminated area to the upwind, and set up isolation areas, strictly restricting access.
3. It is forbidden for personnel to stay in the low-lying or downwind area to prevent the gas from accumulating in the low-lying area. The exhaust air is sent to the empty area by the exhaust fan.
4. Avoid leakage of fluids into the basement or other enclosed working spaces. If it cannot be avoided, notify the relevant authorities immediately. Fire and related units are notified. Spray water spray can be used to speed up the evaporation of the liquid, but it is not possible to shoot the water gun to the liquid.
